Arisaka 300 Light Body

Designed as a sleek replacement body for Surefire Scout Light M300 weapon lights, the Arisaka 300 Series Light Body is crafted without the mounting interface for the stock Picatinny clamp. This design choice significantly enhances clearance for front sights when paired with the Arisaka Inline Scout Mount on handguards featuring 45 degree mounting surfaces next to the top Picatinny rail.

The 300 Series Light Body is fully compatible with all E1 series and Scout Light M300 series tailcaps and heads, including the KM1A, KE1A, and KX1C models. It can also be effortlessly integrated into any aftermarket Scout mount, as it retains the necessary mounting holes and square lug interface on the underside of the light body.

For those looking to create a custom light setup, additional components can be sourced easily from online retailers. A wide array of tailcaps and aftermarket light heads are readily available, with the Malkoff E1/Scout light head being a favored choice due to its compact size and American craftsmanship.

This light body weighs just 0.6 ounces and is CNC machined from durable 6061 aluminum, then finished with a type III hard coat anodization for added resilience. High-quality Buna-N O-rings are included for optimal performance. Please note that the product does not come with a light head, tail cap, or mounting screws.

It's important to exercise caution when refinishing the 300 Series Light Body with Cerakote, as the threaded ends must be carefully masked off to prevent interference with the body's electrical conductivity. Failure to do so may result in the light being unable to turn on.
